– CrashPad Listers will have to pay upfront, we notify them they will be refunded 60 days after AutoPay tenants are added (gives them time to add the AutoPay tenants)

– If the LAST AutoPay tenant is deleted (or leaves the crashpad), Lister will get notification (and email) that they will be charged their Package price, prorated to their next account creation date

– If the Lister then adds another AutoPay tenant, they will get an email (and/or notified in dashboard), upon adding AND successful payment of new AutoPay Tenant, their listing Package payment will be refunded 60 days after
– need to think on scenarios that will arise – timing between invites, accepts, etc.
- TECHNICAL STUFF
