Generally CrashPaders rent a place for years, not really on 1-off nights, although some crashpads do rent by the night.
We are in the process of building out a Booking Calendar. Our system will take bookings, process payments, reserve rooms and send all email notifications. Completion date TBD.
For property owners, you would probably have greater ROI per square foot if you put bunk beds in and run your as a proper airline CrashPad, but you’d have to crunch those numbers and see what works best for you.
